Responsible gambling

The basics

• 18 or over only. Some places set a higher age. Follow the law where you live.
• It is not a way to make money. Every bet has a built-in margin for the operator, so the expected result of betting is a loss.
• Set a limit before you start for both money and time, and stop when you reach it. Only use money you can afford to lose, never money for rent, bills, food or debts.
• Never chase losses. Each round is independent; losing does not make a win more likely.
• Read the terms of any bonus. A wagering requirement is a cost, not a gift.
• Take breaks and do not gamble when you are tired, stressed, upset or have been drinking.
• Do not borrow to gamble and do not hide your gambling from the people close to you.

Warning signs

• Thinking about gambling most of the day, or planning the next session
• Needing to bet more to get the same excitement
• Trying to win back losses, or lying about how much you gamble
• Arguments with family, missing work, or borrowing money because of gambling
• Feeling anxious, guilty or low after gambling

If you or someone you know needs help

Stop, and talk to someone you trust. Contact a gambling-support or mental-health service in your country: most run free, confidential helplines. Many licensed operators also offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion; ask for them or use a blocking tool on your devices.

If you feel in immediate danger or hopeless, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

Check the law

Online gambling is restricted or illegal in some places. In India, for example, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits online money games. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.

Useful facts

• Any bookmaker or casino builds in a margin, so over time the expected result of betting is a loss.
• No betting system, pattern or "signal" changes the odds of a random game.
• Winzap Channel does not offer games, bonuses or deposits, and never asks for payments.
